Boxes are shipped within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Your next box in your subscription will ship each month from there. Also, sign up as an email subscriber to receive regular Landmark Kids updates such as tips, activities, and discounts.

Your mystery box will ship by the 21st of each month for orders placed by the 16th of the month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package ships and should receive it within seven days of the box being shipped.

Your first payment will happen immediately upon subscription, with your renewal payment occurring on the first of the month. Depending on your plan, your subscription will renew monthly or every three, six or 12 months.

We would hate to see you go. However, if you want to cancel your subscription you can do so by logging into your account after the box launches this summer. Your cancellation takes effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle and we will send you any boxes that you have purchased. We cannot send a refund for boxes already shipped.
