Each puzzle subscription box is designed to take kids (ages 7-12)  through a different country each month. Every box includes a mystery case to solve, 5 clues and 5 logic puzzles, 6 trading cards, 4 videos, a map, recipe, and 2 souvenirs to deepen kids’ appreciation for world countries, cities, and cultures, plus illustrated step-by-step instructional guide. 

We ship to all subscribers within 7 business days of your first order. Every month after, you'll continue to receive fun and engaging adventures! Also, sign up as an email subscriber to receive regular Landmark Kids updates such as tips, activities, and discounts.

Your mystery box will ship within 7 days of your first order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package ships and should receive it within five days of the box being shipped.

Your first payment will happen immediately upon subscription, with your renewal payment occurring every month around the same date you placed your order. So, if you ordered on the 12th, your renewal will be on the 12th. Depending on your plan, your subscription will renew monthly or every three, six or 12 months.

We would hate to see you go. However, if you want to cancel your subscription you can do so by logging into your account. Your cancellation takes effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle and we will send you any boxes that you have purchased. We cannot send a refund for boxes already shipped.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We will be shipping internationally soon!

If your child isn't happy with their Landmark Kids box, we’ll work with you to make it right. You can also skip, pause, or cancel your box at anytime directly yourself through your Landmark Kids account.
