"Capture Your Curiosity" Contest Rules
Eligibility
The contest is open to all current subscribers of The Landmark Kids subscription boxes.
Entrants must be legal residents of the country where the subscription is available and at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
Employees of The Landmark Kids, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible.
Contest Period
The contest begins on June 14, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on June 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants must leave a review on our website or submit a photo or video of their child engaging with The Landmark Kids box with a review via:
- Direct upload to our designated contest page https://www.thelandmarkkids.com/products/subscribe, or
- Social media by posting the photo or video with the hashtag #CaptureYourCuriosity and tagging @TheLandmarkKids official social media accounts.
Entries must include a brief description of their child’s experience with the box and mention what they enjoyed most about the activities.
Each participant can submit one entry per child per monthly box. An entry with both a picture or video with their review qualifies as a permissible double entry. Multiple entries of different children or different boxes are allowed.
Winner Selection
Three winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from The Landmark Kids team based on creativity, engagement shown in the photo/video, and the description of the learning experience.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Prizes
- The winner will receive one free The Landmark Kids box and one digital camera.
- All participants who leave a review in alignment with the rules on How to Enter qualify for a 10% discount to use towards a future box.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or social media within seven (7) days following the winner selection.
The Landmark Kids will not be liable for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
How We Store and Process Your Information
The information collected by Landmark Kids may be processed and/or stored in the United States, European Union Member Nations, Canada, or any other country in which Landmark Kids or its affiliates or service providers maintain operations. Landmark Kids may transfer information that we collect, including personally identifiable information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction of domicile to other countries or jurisdictions. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws restricting transferring of data, please note that we will comply with laws applicable to us.
Rights Granted by Contest Entrants
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that The Landmark Kids, anyone acting on behalf of The Landmark Kids, and The Landmark Kids’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions
The Landmark Kids reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond The Landmark Kids’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.
